## 01 Who we are

These terms apply when you use inspectedbymarko.com. The site is run by OneCodeToRuleAll d.o.o. (OCTRA), Sinđelićeva 6, 19000 Zaječar, Serbia, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency under registration number 21564516, tax identification number (PIB) 111898813. ## 02 What the site is for

The site introduces the Inspected by Marko channel, gives away free skills, and lets businesses request a call about an inspection or a build. Use it for those purposes, and do not:

1. copy or scrape it in bulk, except for search engines and AI crawlers that follow our robots.txt file;
2. try to break, overload or get around its security;
3. send a form with false details, or with someone else’s details without their permission.

## 03 What we share is general information

Our videos, the site and the free skills show how Marko builds and runs businesses with AI. They are general information, based on his own experience at the time. They are not legal, financial or security advice for your situation, and they promise no particular result. AI tools change quickly, so check what you build before you rely on it.

## 04 The free skills

1. The free skills, and the skills in our public GitHub repository, come with the MIT License, included in each download and in the repository. You may copy, change and share them, as that license allows.
2. **They come with no warranty.** A skill gives instructions to your AI tool, which may read and change files the tool can reach. Read a skill before you run it, try it on a copy first, and keep backups.
3. If you think a skill is wrong or infringes your rights, write to us. We check every report and take down what we should.

## 05 Paid work

The inspection is sold only to businesses, under [its own terms (PDF)](https://inspectedbymarko.com/legal/audit-terms-2026-10-22.pdf), which come with the start date and which you accept before work starts. Builds and other paid work are agreed in writing before they start. These terms of use do not cover paid work.

## 06 Sponsors and links

1. When a video or a page is sponsored, or contains a link that pays us, we say so clearly, in the video and next to the link.
2. We accept sponsors only for products Marko uses himself and finds useful.
3. Links to other websites, including YouTube, GitHub and Calendly, are for convenience. Their own terms apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

## 07 Our content and name

The site’s text, design, images and videos, and the name and logo Inspected by Marko, belong to OCTRA. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Everything else needs our permission, except the free skills under their license.

## 08 Takedown requests

If you think something on the site or the channel infringes your rights, or shows you without your permission, write to [marko@inspectedbymarko.com](mailto:marko@inspectedbymarko.com). We review every request and remove what we should, promptly.

## 09 Liability

The site and the free skills are free and are provided as they are. We are not liable for loss arising from using them, except loss we cause by intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, and any other liability the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

## 10 Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top show the latest. The law of the Republic of Serbia governs these terms, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
