## The hourglass: I’m the bottleneck. On purpose.

AI gets more capable with every release. The way out stays one person wide: I steer what goes in and check what comes out, one piece at a time.

Take AI at face value and you get “Oops, my bad.” Real AI errors from my own work:

- **P-01** AI can’t ship alone. Without your taste in the loop, it just sounds sure. I still read every line before it leaves. (Holds)
